About the Fundraiser

Q: How does the Bri Marie Gourmet Popcorn fundraiser work?

A: It’s simple! Each organization gets its own custom fundraising page. Supporters order their favorite gourmet popcorn online, and we ship directly to them. Your group earns a percentage of every sale—no paperwork or product handling needed!

Q: Is the fundraiser completely virtual?

A: Yes! Our fundraisers are 100% online—from setup to sales to shipping. There’s no need to collect cash or distribute popcorn.

Q: How long does each fundraiser last?

A: Most fundraisers run for 1 week, but we’re flexible! You can choose dates that work best for your group.

 

Products & Flavors

Q: Are the popcorns made fresh?

A: Absolutely! Every order is made fresh at our shop in Blauvelt, NY before it’s shipped out.

Q: Are your popcorns gluten-free or nut-free?

A: All of our flavors are gluten-free, but please check the ingredient list for each product. While we do take every precaution, we are NOT a nut free kitchen and cannot guarantee cross contamination. 

Ordering & Shipping

Q: How do supporters place an order?

A: Supporters simply click on your group’s unique fundraising link, browse the popcorn flavors, and check out online. Just like shopping at our regular store!

Q: Where do orders ship?

A: All orders ship directly to the supporter’s address. No distribution is required by your organization.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days after the advised ship date for each fundraiser.

Q: Can supporters order from anywhere?

A: Yes! We ship nationwide, so friends and family from anywhere in the U.S. can support your fundraiser. We do NOT ship internationally, yet. 

Earnings & Payments

Q: How much profit does our organization make?

A: Your group earns 50% of every sale made through your fundraiser. One of the highest returns you’ll find!

Q: When will we receive our earnings?

A: Checks are typically mailed within 10 days after your fundraiser closes.

Q: Can we track our sales?

A: Yes! The group leader will have access to real-time sales reports throughout the fundraiser.

Q: How do we sign up for a fundraiser?

A: Simply fill out the form on our website under the Fundraiser Sign-Up tab. Our fundraising team will reach out to set up your page and help you get started.

Q: Do you provide promotional materials?

A: Yes! We’ll provide digital flyers, social media graphics, and sample messages to help you spread the word.
