We are home from the 2025 Sweets & Snacks Expo, and let us say, that was an unforgettable experience packed with flavor, inspiration, and connections!
This year being held at the Indianapolis Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, this annual gathering of the biggest and boldest names in the snack and confectionery world was the perfect place for Bri Marie Gourmet Popcorn to be. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the energy of thousands of innovative brands, enthusiastic entrepreneurs, and snack-lovers just like us. Everyone was so kind and supportive of each other and each other’s brands, it reminded us of a big reason why we love being in this business.
By far, one of the best parts of the expo was connecting with fellow business owners, brands, and snack lovers like us. We had genuine conversations, exchanged stories, and cheered each other on while also making new connections that we are excited to explore more and hope to hold close to us. There’s something really special about being around others who are just as passionate about their craft as we are.
The flavor inspiration was non-stop. We saw (and probably overindulged) some wild and delicious combinations that had us dreaming up new ideas before we even left the show floor. Being surrounded by so much creativity definitely sparked something in us, and we can’t wait to bring that energy into our own kitchen.
Of course, sharing our popcorn with new friends was a one of the biggest highlights of the trip. Watching someone try Buffalo & Garlic Parm or PB & Jelly for the first time and immediately light up, it never gets old. Moments like that remind us why we do what we do. Every kernel tells a story, and it felt amazing to see those stories resonate. It reminds us that everyone is different while still being connected with each other.
This expo didn’t just fill our bellies, it filled us with motivation and momentum. To everyone we met, thank you for welcoming us, supporting us, and inspiring us. And to our loyal customers back home, your encouragement made this opportunity possible. We brought Bri Marie to the big stage, and we brought a little bit of you with us too.
