- Cake flour
- Sugar
- Baking powder, baking soda & salt
- Melted butter & oil
- Sour cream
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- Vanilla extract
- Milk
- Rainbow sprinkles
- Butter (for frosting)
- Powdered sugar
- Heavy cream

Birthday Wishes Funfetti Cupcakes

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cake flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add melted butter and oil and stir until combined.

In a separate small bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together sour cream, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, then whisk in milk.

Add sour cream mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until batter is uniform and well-combined.

Stir in sprinkles.

Divide batter into prepared cupcake tin, filling only ¾ full and bake in the center rack of the oven for 17-19 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

Allow cupcakes to cool in the baking pan for 5-10 minutes before carefully removing to a cooling rack to cool completely before frosting.

To make the frosting, beat the butter in a small bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of cream, and the vanilla extract. Beat until very light and fluffy. Add more cream if needed.

- Macaroni pasta
- Butter
- All-purpose flour
- Milk
- Velveeta cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste

Jalapeño Popcorn Mac

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente (usually 7-8 minutes). Drain the pasta and set aside.

Shred and cut your cheese for your sauce. Save some to the side to use to top the macaroni in the dish.

In a large saucepan or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the flour and whisk constantly for about 2 minutes. This is called a roux and will thicken your sauce.

Slowly pour in the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to cook and whisk until the mixture starts to thicken, about 3-5 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low. Gradually stir in the pieces of velveeta cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.Step 6: Add the drained pasta to the cheese sauce, stirring until all the pasta is evenly coated.

Pour the mac and cheese into a greased baking dish. Add the remainder of cheese slices and shredded cheese to the top of your mac and cheese. Place into the oven for about 30 minutes.

After about 30 minutes, take your mac and cheese out from the oven and add a thin layer of Bri Marie White Cheddar Jalapeño popcorn on top, evenly.

Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.

Popcorn Rice Krispie Pops

Crush your Bri Marie Birthday Wishes popcorn until it resembles the same size and consistency of the Rice Krispie cereal. In a mixing bowl combine equal parts of your crush popcorn and Rice Krispie cereal.

Place a pot on the stove and turn the flame up to a medium-low heat. Once the pot starts warming up, add about 3 tablespoons of butter. Stir the butter until melted.

Once the butter is melted, start to stir in your marshmallows. Consistently stir your marshmallow and butter mixture until melted and goopy.

Slowly start stirring in your popcorn and cereal mixture to the marshmallow mixture. Stir until your dry ingredients are well mixed with the marshmallows and take off the heat.

Carefully move your popcorn treats to parchment paper and allow to cool. Before your treats harden, mold the treats into balls to start assembling your pops.

Add your cookie sticks to the center of the balls and push until about half way through.

Melt down chocolate. When your chocolate is completely melted, you can start dunking your pops to coat them. Completely submerge the pops into the chocolate and all excess chocolate to drip off before placing on a plate.

Add rainbow sprinkles to the chocolate covered pops before they dry.

Place finished pops into the refrigerator to completely solidify the chocolate.

Cheesy Parm Chicken Parm

In one bowl create your egg wash with eggs, milk, and seasonings of your choice and on a plate lay out your flour.

Blend the Bri Marie Cheesy Parm Garlic popcorn in your blender until you’ve reached your desired consistency. Add your popcorn breading to another bowl.

Lay out your chicken breasts on a plate and one at a time cover your chicken breasts in your egg wash, then cover in the flour, dip back into your egg wash, then cover in your popcorn breading.

Place your covered chicken breasts onto a baking sheet and place into the oven. Cook chicken for about 25 minutes or until finished.

Optional: Place a pot of water on the stove until boiling. Add in desired pasta and let cook until done.

Take the chicken out of the oven and layer on marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Place chicken back into the oven and let it bake for another 10 minutes.

Take the finished chicken parmesan out of the oven.

Place chicken parmesan on a plate with pasta and add sauce to your pasta.

Make sure you organize everything you need and have it all in front of you

Take Bri Marie’s Buffalo Breath popcorn and add it into a blender, pulse until you get a thick panko consistency and dump into a bowl

Take 2 eggs and crack them into your egg wash bowl

Pour a tablespoon of milk into your egg wash bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whatever other desired spices

Add chicken cubes into the egg wash and coat evenly

Take the chicken from the egg wash and put them into the bowl with flour, coat evenly

Put the chicken back into the egg wash
8
Add the chicken into the popcorn coating bowl and coat the chicken evenly

Place chicken onto a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 25 min

When the chicken is done take it out of the oven and plate with desired toppings such as carrots, celery, ranch or blue cheese
